Meet Gabrielle: The Curator Behind the Vault

Most people find Jewelry by Cleo because they are looking for a diamond. They stay because they found a partner in the process.

I’m Gabrielle, the founder and lead curator of Jewelry by Cleo (JbC). I didn’t start this company to be another faceless jewelry giant. I started it because I believe that the most significant pieces of jewelry in your life should be accessible, transparently priced, and—above all—personally vetted.

The JbC Philosophy: Curation Over Catalog

The internet is full of "diamond databases" with millions of stones listed by algorithms. At JbC, we do things differently.

Every stone in our Loose Stone Steals and the JbC Vault has been hand-selected by me. I spend my days scrolling through thousands of lab-grown and natural diamonds to find the "needle in the haystack"—the stones that have the perfect ratio, zero "fuzzy" inclusions, and that specific, watery sparkle that a lab report simply can’t describe.

"If I wouldn’t wear it on my own hand, it doesn’t make it into the shop. Period."

Why I Do What I Do

I know that buying a diamond online can feel daunting. There’s the worry of "windowing," the fear of "bow-ties," and the anxiety of wondering if the price is too good to be true.

My goal is to remove that friction. Whether I’m filming a 4K "tweezer video" in the morning sun to show you a stone’s true color or chatting with you on WhatsApp about the perfect length-to-width ratio for an elongated cushion, I am here to be your eyes on the ground.

When I’m not hunting for the next great marquise or designing a new semi-custom setting, I’m likely deep in the "diamond subreddits," chatting with our community about the latest trends in lab-grown tech or Art Deco revivals.

I started JbC with a simple mission: to provide luxury craftsmanship at insider prices. No massive marketing budgets, no retail markups—just beautiful stones and honest advice.
