Most jewelry items are made to order and take approximately 4 weeks for production once a CAD is approved.

If you order a loose stone, please allow 10-14 days from time of order to delivery. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most jewelry items are made-to-order and cannot be returned. If you have any questions or issues upon receipt of a custom item, then please contact us and we will work with you and stand behind our jewelry items.

• Non-Customized Items: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Semi-Custom and Custom Rings: All custom rings are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Loose Diamonds & Gemstones: You may return loose stones once for free. Any additional returns of loose diamonds or gemstones will incur a $50 restocking fee.
