Consultation & Vision
Every piece begins with a conversation. Share your vision, style, lifestyle, and budget with Gabrielle directly — no intermediaries, no sales team. This is where the magic starts: understanding not just what you want, but why you want it and what it means to you.
Fill out the concierge request or message Gabrielle directly on WhatsApp. She reads every message personally and responds within 24 hours.
Stone Selection & The Tweezer Guarantee
This is where JbC is different. Every stone is hand-selected and filmed in tweezers under natural light before it ever reaches you — so you see exactly what you're getting, no filters, no surprises. We source from certified lab-grown and mined diamond suppliers, presenting only stones that meet your brief.
You'll receive detailed video walkthroughs of each candidate stone with Gabrielle's honest assessment — including what she'd personally avoid and why.
CAD Design & Rendering
Once your stone is selected, our designers create detailed 3D CAD models and photorealistic renderings so you can visualise your piece in full before a single gram of metal is cast. We refine until it's exactly right — this is your piece, and it should be perfect on paper before it's perfect in person.
Typical CAD turnaround is 5–7 business days. Revisions are included — we don't move to production until you're completely happy.
Crafting & Delivery
Your approved design goes to our master jewelers, who bring it to life with meticulous hand-finishing and quality control at every stage. Your finished piece arrives fully certified, beautifully packaged, and ready to become part of your story.
Custom production typically takes 4–6 weeks after CAD approval. Rush timelines may be available — ask Gabrielle during your consultation.
