As we move into 2026, we are evolving. Starting January 1st, JbC is officially transitioning to a Private Concierge model.
While you will still see our beautiful collections online, our most competitive pricing and best stone values will now be available exclusively through a Direct Custom Quote process. Here is why we are making this change and what it means for you.
1. Removing the "Automated" Markup
Standard online "ring builders" are great for convenience, but they often rely on automated pricing algorithms that have built-in cushions for market fluctuations. By moving to a concierge-led quote system, Gabrielle (our founder and lead concierge) can hand-source stones based on real-time wholesale market rates.
The Result: We cut out the "tech overhead" and pass those direct savings straight to you. You aren't paying for an algorithm; you're paying for the diamond.
2. The "Tweezer Video" Standard
When you buy from a massive online retailer, you often see a stock photo or a studio-lit 360° video. At JbC, we want you to know exactly how your stone performs in the real world.
Our concierge process includes sending you custom "tweezer videos" in various lighting conditions (natural sunlight, office light, and low light). We believe that if you can't see the light performance of your specific stone before you buy, it isn't a luxury experience.
3. Design Without Compromise
A ring builder gives you a template; a Concierge gives you a vision. When you inquire with us directly, we don't just "pick a setting." We discuss your lifestyle, your partner's style, and your long-term goals. We walk you through every CAD revision until it’s perfect, ensuring that the structural integrity of your ring is as brilliant as the stone it holds.
